What to Expect from Your Consult
1. Pet-focused, not commission-driven
Every recommendation and decision centers on what is best for you and your pet, with the same care and transparency I would want for my own dog. Sometimes that means surgery, and sometimes it doesn’t. My role is to provide clear, honest options, not to sell you on a procedure.
2. Support that truly lasts beyond surgery
From day one, you have direct email access to me for any questions or concerns; you don’t go through layers of staff. If anything isn’t on track, I’ll escalate to a call or a complimentary in-person visit. I reserve time each morning for same-day rechecks, so you’re never left waiting.

A simple version of the full consults with answers to common questions. If you are able to read these ahead of time and be informed on your pets condition, it will allow us to get any additional diagnostic tests/imaging done during your scheduled time, focus the conversation we have specifically on your pet and answer any and all additional questions you might have
